How to Apply
We would always recommend visiting us at one of our Open Days or to request a Personal Tour before making an application. Once you are familiar with our School, the activities, facilities, ethos and values, and would like Warwick Academy to be the school of choice for your child, you are very welcome to apply formally via the form link below.
Application
1. Complete and submit an application form by clicking on the link below.
2. A $100 one time, non-refundable application fee which can be paid online or by credit card.
3. The following documents are required to be uploaded.

Copy of Birth Certificate or Passport

Most recent school report card (if applicable)

Educational assessments (if applicable)
4. After the application process above, please send the Reference Form below to your present school for their completion and submission.
